The Pueblo Convention Center is now Five Star Certified! This means that we can now host groups of up to 100 people per room. Masks will be required at all times and we’ve deployed a variety of sanitization strategies.
What is the 5 Star State Certification Program?
The 5 Star State Certification is a program set up at the county or municipality level through an administrative committee who is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the program. It encourages businesses to implement safety measures beyond what is already required by public health orders and guidelines that will help slow the spread of COVID-19. In doing so, businesses will be able to accelerate their reopening. Depending on where their county or municipality falls on the COVID-19 dial, certified businesses are eligible for less restrictive capacity caps. 5 Star certification reassures employees and customers that businesses are adhering to enhanced guidance. The program is completely voluntary and also serves as an expanding directory of establishments recognized for their efforts to keep their communities safe and open.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
As we prepare to re-open our facility, the Pueblo Convention Center and Spectra have created a comprehensive re-opening plan intended to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, guests, talent, and partners. We have worked with various health authorities locally and regionally to create this plan.
The situation is fluid and these guidelines may change with time. Check back often for updates.
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our venue guests. However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.
In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend tonight’s event:
All patrons entering the venue will be encouraged to wear a facial covering or mask and keep it on at all times while in the venue.
The Pueblo Convention Center and our Administrative office is currently closed. For questions about booking or attending upcoming events, please call 719-542-1100.
We look forward to re-opening the facility in the safest way possible. We are taking every measure to ensure that we provide our guests with an exceptional experience as we prepare to gather together again.
As we receive more guidance from the State of Colorado and the City of Pueblo, we will provide further updates about our adjusted policies and procedures here and on our social media channels. The Pueblo Convention Center continues to work on policies and procedures to keep all our guest safe.
